Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your SaaSReselling agency subscription at any time directly through your Super Admin billing portal or by emailing our billing support team at support@saasreselling.com. Upon cancellation, your account remains fully active until the conclusion of your current paid billing cycle.
2. Refund Eligibility
Because SaaSReselling immediately provisions dedicated cloud database containers, SSL security layers, and white-label license keys upon account creation, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.
If you experience any platform disruption where core SaaS services are inaccessible and our engineering support is unable to resolve it within 7 business days, you will be eligible for a full prorated refund.
3. Processing of Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
