1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, subscribing, or using the services of SaaSReselling (saasreselling.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your commercial relationship with SaaSReselling as an authorized white-label agency or reseller partner.
2. White-Label License Grant
Upon active subscription, SaaSReselling grants you a non-transferable, commercial white-label license to rebrand, market, and resell our integrated SaaS applications (including Ecombuilder, Website Builder, and WhatsApp Automation) under your proprietary brand identity to your end-clients.
3. Agency Conduct & Compliance
Agencies must not utilize the platform for unlawful transmission of unsolicited commercial bulk messages (spam), transmission of malware, or copyright infringement. Failure to observe compliance may result in suspension of tenant instances.
